Wooster Group to design Achieve Programs: Online Learning Environment

Wooster Group has partnered with California based Mark Cunningham Group to design and implement an online learning environment for the company's performance programs for individuals and organizations.

The Achieve suite of programs, developed by decathlete Mark Cunningham, and the Achieve Elite programs are integrated performance programs for organizations large and small that shed light on how to perform to maximum potential, and why organizations with vision and innovation often do not outperform their competitors.

"The Achieve program is a combination of one-on-one coaching and seminars focused on uncovering what impedes performance to help individuals and organizations start building better results immediately," explained Director of Development, Pamela Jennings.

"The challenge was creating an environment that mirrored the participants' experience," said Wooster Group's President, Aaron Snow. "We wanted to create a powerful learning environment where progress was measurable to the participant as well as to our client. They were really interested in how people were using the tools to adopt and use the concepts of the program."

The site will make use of Wooster Group's online learning technologies, including blended media content presentation and in-context tracking for learners and administrators.

"We knew we needed more than just a development firm; we needed a partner," Jennings said. "We were intimately familiar with Wooster Group's approach to projects of this scope, and knew that they would take the lead, not just as developers, but as a strategic partner in helping us create a whole new distribution channel for the Achieve Programs."

"It's not the first time we're using this approach to create an online learning environment," Snow commented. "However, we keep looking at new techniques and technologies that will create the best possible experience."
