Mark Cunningham Group

Mark Cunningham Group is one of Wooster Group's newest clients. Founded by decathlete Mark Cunningham, the consultancy helps individuals and organizations to improve their performance and achieve better results.

First, Wooster Group assumed hosting duties for MCG's existing website and DNS records, coordinating with the previous service provider to carry out a smooth transition. We also transferred e-mail accounts for the firm's employees, and helped them configure their mail clients to best share information and calendaring, which is especially important given that employees are located across the country.

When Mark Cunningham Group wanted to offer customers online access to their media, Wooster Group began work on a new website. Closely collaborating with MCG's design team, we built and released the site — AchievePrograms.com — within a couple months. The site provides secure online shopping and integrates with a third-party credit card authorization and processing service so that customers can now purchase a subscription to MCG's Achieve courses and access audio clips and materials from anywhere.

To facilitate development of the site, Wooster Group also built a private, password-protected document sharing site, as we have for other clients. We've found that a dedicated site is not only much better than trading e-mails with large attachments, but also simpler and more organized than an FTP site. Even since the site has been released, Mark Cunningham Group continues to use this tool for internal operations.
